The outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role at an Allina Health Clinic presents an opportunity to participate in a solid team environment resulting in the ultimate patient care experience. Key Position Details:
Our Primary Care providers partner with our Mental Health service line and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole person care in the clinic setting.
The Apple Valley clinic is searching for a FNP to join its team. Here you will be part of a 48 member team including the service line specialties of Urgent Care CKRI community pharmacy ortho podiatry cardiology pulmonology general surgery ENT audiology ObGyn/Midwifery urology nephrology diabetic education clinic pharmacist Mental Health high tech imaging yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.
- Great clinic to build a new practice due to high patient demand growing area and many primary care patient growth opportunities from Urgent care and Specialty provider referrals

Job Description:
- Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and wellbeing.
- Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.
- Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
- Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care patient outcomes or workflows.
- May participate in peer review and quality assurance.
Job Requirements
- Masters degree Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program required
- Licensed Physician Assistant MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire
- BLS Tier 1 Basic Life Support Multisource required within 180 Days
- Certification as Physician Assistant NCCPA National Commission on
- Drug Enforcement Administration upon hire required

Pay Range
Pay Range: $129400 to $144900 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range assuming a fulltime FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to your experience education and the union agreement (if applicable).Benefit Summary
