Position Overview:
Were looking for a Live Ops Specialist to join the Dragon City team and help us deliver worldclass experiences to millions of players. This role focuses on executing and maintaining live content within the game ensuring everything runs smoothly accurately and on time.
As a Live Ops Specialist youll work closely with game designers producers analysts and other crossfunctional partners to configure and launch ingame events promotions and offers. Your ability to manage complexity follow structured processes and maintain high standards will directly impact the player experience.
Were also looking for someone whos eager to bring ideas to the tableleveraging live data and player feedback to suggest improvements and enhance the quality of our events over time.
Responsibilities
- Configure and schedule ingame events offers and promotions using internal tools based on specifications from the game team.
- Ensure timely and accurate setup of live content across multiple game systems.
- Coordinate with QA to validate configurations and troubleshoot issues before and after launch.
- Maintain and manage live ops calendars tracking all deployments and updates.
- Collaborate with design product analytics CRM and engineering teams to support content delivery.
- Analyze event performance and contribute ideas to improve future live content and player engagement.
Contribute to process improvements and documentation to streamline future operations.
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in live operations Design or QA or a similar coordination/ role.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets content management systems or internal tools.
- Proactive communicator with solid organizational and followup skills.
- A playerfirst mindset with an interest in understanding what makes events engaging and effective.
