You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Lincoln County District Attorneys office is looking to add a Victims Assistant position to their Victims Department to assist in helping those in our community who are going through difficult circumstances. This person will perform a variety of general office and clerical tasks within a flexible work schedule under the direction of the Victims Department Supervisor.
Prepare and assists with notifications and other paperwork relating to victims of crime:
Provide support to victims:
Assist the public:
Participate in meetings which may include All Staff Victims Assistance SART or DART meetings.
Minimum Education Level:
High School Diploma / GED
Specifics: Completion of a college level computer course.
Minimum Experience Level:
None
Certifications:
Specifics: LEDS Awareness Certificate upon hire; Notary Certificate may be required upon hire; SVAA Training Certificate required within 1 year of hire date.
Desirable Qualifications:
One year of office experience supplemented by courses in typing computer operation and office procedures. Spanish speaking preferred.
