Raelene LundinMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Four years of experience in the issuance maintenance or reinstatement of licenses; OR
Six years of fulltime work experience in any field plus one year of experience in the issuance maintenance or reinstatement of licenses; OR
A bachelors degree plus one year of experience in the issuance maintenance or reinstatement of licenses; OR
An advanced degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of fulltime work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.
FUNCTION OF WORK:
To ensure that licenses are issued maintained or reinstated timely to all eligible and qualified persons regulated by a statewide regulatory Board.
OR
To effect continuing education credentialing for licensees regulated by a statewide regulatory Board as well as continuing education for Board staff.
LEVEL OF WORK:
Experienced.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Broad review from Licensing Analyst Supervisor or other administrative official.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
May exercise functional supervision over clerical staff.
LOCATION OF WORK:
Any Louisiana licensing Board.
JOB DISTINCTIONS:
Differs from Licensing Analyst 1 by the level and amount of independence exercised in analyzing data performing investigations and issuing determinations.
Differs from Licensing Analyst 3 by the absence of advanced duties performed at a location as approved by SCS.
