Job Description
BAYADAHome Health Care is seeking a Oasis RN Manager (RN required) or Rehabilitation Manager for ourFalls Church VAMedicare Certified home health office. This office provides bestinclass care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living independent living senior congregate living 55 communities and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities for a clinical Oasis RN Manager/Rehabilitation Manager:
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatricclients for supervisory/assessment visitsin Falls Church VA and other surrounding areas.
- Supervise a team of fieldnurses.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/ordeliver inservices for field staff.
Responsibilities for a Clinical Oasis RN Manager/ Rehabilitation Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN or Rehabilitation Manager experience
- Acute med/surg and/or subacute experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience.
