Job Description
**URGENTLY HIRING Hydroblasting Supervisors***
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team!
The Hydro Blasting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing multiple hydro blasting projects. The incumbent will diligently communicate with clients site managers and the branch manager ensuring all safety standards are met. Supervisors must understand the full job scope of the Operators & Technicians. Interpret instructions furnished in written oral or graphic form. Show proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Hydro blasting Vacuum Truck and Tank cleaning equipment.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Ability to perform work in enclosed spaces.
- Proven skill to safely perform work using high pressure water blast equipment to service heavy industrial equipment (pipe boilers tanks heat exchangers etc.
- Physically load hoses chemicals and other equipment required for assigned project.
- Diligently assist with the cleanup of a work area and equipment after work is completed.
- Practice safety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines according to Amerapex Safety standards.
- Assist in the inspection of equipment hoses connections pumps and general work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
In compliance with our hiring and safety standards all candidates must:
- Present a valid TWIC card (required).
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in Hydroblasting.
- At least 3 years working in a refinery.
- Be available to work a 12hour shift. If requested work overtime and respond to emergency callouts as they occur.
- Handling tools materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Work on various structures and surfaces both at the ground and elevated levels up to and possibly exceeding 150ft.
- MUST be willing to travel 90 in and out of town for extended periods of time.
