HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Youre a powerful and positive force who drives our future professionals growth and provides comprehensive education about the beauty industry and wide range of cosmetology services. You have a hand in each students development as you share the tips of the trade with them and ensure theyre wellprepared for the state board exam. As you answer questions provide handson training and lead informative classroom sessions you encourage students to learn new things and refine their skills throughout the program.
WHATS REQUIRED
- Valid Michigan state cosmetology and instructor license
- 3 years of experience in the cosmetology industry with proficiency in nail care skin care and hair cutting color and chemical services
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Positive attitude collaborative skills and reliability
- Consistency in adhering to company policies and procedures
