About the job
As an AR RECON ANALYST you will maintain the reconciliation and resolution of outstanding Accounts Receivable balances. (Including but not limited to: 1. Return Material Authorization and Customer Outbound Claims including: RMA Discrepancies Warehouse Carrier & Shortage Claims Preparing weekly reporting to management on status of open issues. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager Customer Care.
You will
Achieves account reconciliation on accounts.
Performs complex reconciliations independently.
Accurately research account receivable histories of new and existing customers.
Resolves issues proactively.
Identify and resolve issues blocking payment.
Recognize red flags on accounts and bring to the attention of management.
Performs complex reconciliations of accounts for problem resolution.
Takes next step for problem resolution.
Manages reconciliations with substantial internal customers.
Manage discrepancies and other open issues to ensure timely resolution.
Ability to create and decipher reporting.
Provides visibility to internal operations issues assisting to solve problems going forward to prevent Hyve losses.
Reviews China process and workflow for accuracy as well as identify new task that will enhance production of Debit Review. On call during nonstandard work hours as needed.
Settlement preparation and negotiation along with document prep.
Navigate internal process gaps and identify new processes to prevent the continuation of missed invoices.
You have
HS Diploma or higher education
2 years of related experience and Broad knowledge in account reconciliation/credit procedures.
Understands the interdependence of systems.
Broad knowledge of RMA process (from issuance of RMA# to matching to invoice/Debit and clearing AR or Program Extension to Program Conclusion).
Moderate user of MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Recognize basic account receivable issues. Understands and resolves root cause of issues/problems proactively to prevent issues in the future.
Annual Salary Range
$50000$65000 USD DOE
