WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Learning and Development Manager you will:
Consolidate and Prioritize the Learning Program Portfolio. Define and manage the global and local training program portfolio ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic priorities. Establish a clear governance model to evaluate prioritize and optimize training initiatives. Ensure training programs are effectively structured across different modalities (inperson virtual elearning).
Advise on Learning Methodologies and Development Plans. Provide expertise on instructional design frameworks and learning models including 70/20/10 job shadowing coaching and experiential learning. Guide business leaders in selecting the most effective learning methodologies for different audiences. Ensure learning solutions are aligned with employee development needs and organizational capabilitybuilding priorities.
Oversee the L&D budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources across global and local training initiatives Establish and manage partnerships with external providers negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness business impact and ROI.
Implement structured communication plans to support the successful launch of new learning initiatives.
Monitor and Optimize the Learning Funnel. Establish a structured process to track the training funnel from learner enrollment to completion and impact assessment. Identify bottlenecks and optimize learning pathways to enhance participation and completion rates.
Work closely with content teams to ensure training solutions remain relevant and aligned with learner needs.
Team Management: Leading mentoring and developing the Program and Portfolio team. Ensuring they have the resources skills and support needed to deliver highimpact training programs. Cultivating a collaborative highperformance team culture focused on results.
EXPERIENCE
8 years of experience in Learning & Development Talent Development or HR roles.
Experience working in global and matrixed organizations balancing local and regional training needs.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Strong expertise in program management instructional design and training operations.
Proven track record in budget management vendor negotiations and external learning partnerships.
Deep knowledge of KPIs learning analytics and ROI measurement in corporate training environments.
Background in change management and communication strategies for training deployment.
