P1C3TSTSPosition Description: Workday Technical Developer position for a Tier 1 investment bank supporting HR Talent And Core Group in Human Resources Technology. The team is looking for a highly motivated Workday Technical Developer responsible for owning and building robust highly scalable time sensitive Workday Technical Integrations and providing strategic technical and business solutions to Talent And Core Workday Group. Have 5 Yrs of BA written and spoken communication skills. Excellent organization and document be Flexible (open to change like changing plans priorities requirements)Thorough understanding of team management and methods (Agile and waterfall) is of data analytical skills Strong SQL knowledge is working in medium to largescale development ResponsibilitiesBusiness requirement development and agile story development including story grooming impact analysis and issue tracking and with requirements socialization and approval business requirement elaboration and analysis sessions to drive the development of functional directly with the product owners to ensure that specific initiatives supporting the platform strategy are functional and data requirements.
