Job Description
The Raytheon UK Training Transformation team has a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and confident Programme manager to join one of main training programmes.
This team works as part of a partnership with other companies to provide training and transformation service to the the team delivers a varied range of training programmes from equipment management and services to training design and transformation.
The programme manager will be working in the Training Design team with the Head of the Integrated Training Design Service (ITDS) to manage the programme elements of the service. They will be responsible for setting up and overseeing the delivery of any new project work within the Training Design portfolio this could include service improvement projects to tackle operational escalations support new agile ways of working. This role will also involve managing all BAU change activities for ITDS. It is important that this person has experience of managing complex programme of works and strong stakeholder management skills as this will be a customer facing role.
