Job Description
- Design deploy and administer virtualized platforms using VMWare.
- Configure and manage Linux and Solaris operating systems.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware applications and software integration.
- Troubleshoot maintain integrity of and configure network components along with implementation of operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Ten 10 years or more experience as a Linux Systems Administrator supporting the Intelligence Community in enterprise infrastructurerelated programs.
- Bachelors degree in a technical field. Five years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
- Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50 of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with otherleaders/teamsuse standard office automation equipment and virtualcommunication.
- Fifteen 15 years or more experience as a Linux Systems Administrator.
- Experience in implementing solutions with PKIcontrolled access is desired.
- Understanding networking components is desired.
