The Senior Director Purchasing FF&E & OS&E is responsible for leading endtoend project management and purchasing for all furniture fixtures equipment and operating supplies across Marriotts U.S. & Canada portfolio. This role will oversee the sales marketing and purchasing strategy for new builds renovations and conversions ensuring ontime and onbudget aligned with brand and design standards. The Senior Director partners closely with owners management companies global design operations and brand leaders to deliver project excellence while managing customer relationships and ensuring on time and on budget delivery of projects. As a key member of the Continent Procurement leadership team the individual will provide strategic direction lead a team of procurement professionals and represent procurement initiatives at senior levels. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in hotel openings renovations and FF&E/OS&E procurement. Successful candidate will have a track record of project and team development with a strong ability to navigate a fastpaced and matrixed environment.

The salary range for this position is $141700 to $225700 annually. In addition to the annual salary the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
