Job Title: Industrial Mechanic Apprentice Nuclear
Location: Cambridge ON Onsite
Job Type: Fulltime

The Position:
Reporting to the Mechanical Integration Manager Nuclear the IMM Apprentice will assist in development and implementation of mechanical manufacturing policies and procedures liaise directly with other department personnel to ensure project goals are met on budget while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Assemble parts using various hand tools in a lean manufacturing environment
- Able to use overhead cranes forklifts and scissor lifts
- Read and interpret drawings machinetool build assembly drawings
- Verify dimensions alignments and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers micrometers and dial indicators
- Ready to work at heights when required
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned
- Adherence to all QC levels including but not restricted to N299.
- Maintain a commitment to successfully completing mandated tasks required to achieve completion of apprenticeship
- Maintain a commitment to successfully completing Certificate of Qualification
- Ability to work in a team environment and actively participate in group meetings safely
- Ensure scheduled milestones are met
- Notify the appropriate departments if milestones are not met
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and or travel as required in varying timelines
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code
- Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven ability to learn
- Preapprenticeship experience an asset
