Come join our dynamic highly skilled Interventional Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) team! Interventional Cardiology is a subspecialty focused on catheterbased diagnostic tests and interventions including closure of septal defects angioplasty and stenting of arteries valve replacements and recanalization of obstructed vessels or valves . The Interventional Cardiology NP (inpatient and outpatient hybrid role) has clinical procedural administrative and educational responsibilities in the care of patients requiring medical management of ACHD procedures related to the care and coordination of chronic care management of ACHD diagnoses.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $100.48 $130.31 (Hourly Rate).

Graduation from a California Board of Registered Nursing approved or verified school of nursing with a masters degree in nursing or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Nurse Practitioner 2:
License/Certification
1. California Registered Nurse (RN) License without restriction
2. California Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) without restriction
3. California Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number including Schedule II furnishing privileges
4. NP national board certification from an accepted certifying agency aligned with the patient population and clinical role

5. California Driver License (if required for position)
6. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration with Schedules 2 2N 3 3N 4 and 5 registered to a California address
7. American Heart Association (AHA)Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
8. Additional required AHA certifications:
UCSF Medical Center and Campus requires certain healthcare providers to be credentialed. In most cases this is done through its Office of Medical Affairs & Governance (OMAG) prior to the first working day. Credentialing and approval of the Standardized Procedures takes between 6090 days but can vary.
