Junior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant
Location: Wrocaw / Warsaw / Katowice
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Junior ServiceNow Developer this role is a part of global structure of EY as a Global Elite partner of ServiceNow. Involving different roles and stakeholders we provide our customers with best consultancy and solutions.
The opportunity
ServiceNow is a global tool used widely to manage business processes of Enterprise clients. As Junior ServiceNow Developer you would be a part of project teams involved in implementation configuration and maintenance of NowPlatform allowing you to develop your technical and business skills in global environment. As Global Elite ServiceNow partner EY works with all types of modules of the platform heavily using their features and developing custom solutions not yet build by others.
Your key responsibilities
As a Junior ServiceNow Developer you will be tasked with developing and implementing of intricate business processes. This also involves the analysis of business requirements at all stages of development and close cooperation with the other team members.
Skills and attributes for success
To excel in this role you must possess understanding of the platform and exhibit confidence when working through implementation customization or maintenance projects. This may be demonstrated through:
- Konwledge of NowPlatform architecture with minimum 1 year of experience
- Experience in product customizations integrations implementation or maintenance
- Experience in project activities as a Developer
To qualify for the role you must have
- At least 1 year of ServiceNow implementation experience
- Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript C# Java or others)
- Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM (any additional module will be a plus)
- Showcased knowledge of Best Practices in Software Development
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in English
Ideally youll also have
- German French or other European languages would be an advantage but not mandatory
- A Bechelors or Masters degree in a technical field or economic field
