Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Personal/Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team. As a Personal/Commercial Insurance Producer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance clients. You will utilize your exceptional sales and relationshipbuilding skills to assess clients insurance needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients to expand the commercial insurance portfolio
- Analyze clients insurance needs and provide them with suitable coverage options
- Keep abreast of industry trends market conditions and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with underwriters and other departments to negotiate terms coverages and pricing on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions transactions and insurance policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal/Commercial Insurance Producer or in a similar sales role within the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products including property liability and commercial auto
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Solid understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is highly preferred
