Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D. from an ACPEaccredited college or university.
- 3 years of experience within the last 5 years as an infectious disease clinical pharmacist OR completion of a postgraduate year two specialty pharmacy practice residency in Infectious Diseases.
- License: active unrestricted unincumbered
- U.S. citizenship or work authorization
position contingent on contract award .
