Salary

Crisis Response Rates:

Mobile Crisis Assessment Responding Rates:

• $300 per completed telehealth assessment
• $500 per completed face to face assessment
• Mobile Crisis OnCall Rate: $7.10/hour
• Mobile Crisis OnCall Holiday Rate: $8.10/hour
• Mobile Crisis Oncall Consult: $35/hour
• Meetings and Trainings: $20/hour

Canvas Health is a nonprofit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for inhome crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children adults and families as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided inhome (Mobile Crisis Response) community and telehealth.

Location

Inhome/hybrid for East Central Crisis Services serving Chisago Isanti Pine Kanabec Mille Lacs and members of the Mille Lacs of Ojibwe.

Schedule

Oncall four 15hour shifts monthly.

Minimum Qualifications

Clinician

• Possess a masters degree or higher in Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy Psychology or Clinical Counseling
• Currently possess a Minnesota State Licensure with focus in clinical practice from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP LICSW LMFT)
• Licensure currently has eligibility or is eligible to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.

Clinical Trainee

• Possess a masters degree or higher in psychology Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy AND Currently possess or pursuing a Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP LICSW LMFT) with focus in clinical practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering either inhome or crisis services and experience.
• Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth
