Job Description
Location: Enterprise Alabama (Fieldwork required)
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Engineering degree (Electrical Mechanical or related field)
- Considered: Distribution Specialist with relevant experience
- Desired Experience:
- Southern Company (SOCO) Coop experience
- SOCO Distribution/Transmission experience
- SOCO Lighting Design experience
Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Effective communication skills
- High attention to detail
Job Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Access to a personal car or truck for workrelated travel
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (Alabama summer and winter conditions)
- Comfortable walking on uneven terrain
- Ability to use basic tools (e.g. hammering stakes into the ground)
- Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office and priority APC systems
