Job Description
Job Title: SaaS Experimentation Designer
Team: FBSO Growth and Innovation
As a SaaS Experimentation Designer on the Growth and Innovation team within the FBSO you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and transformative user experiences across a suite of software ventures/products. This role is pivotal in exploring new ventures crafting rapid prototypes and leading experiment design to validate hypotheses and push the boundaries of our SaaS offerings.
We are on the hunt for a team member who embodies leadership in UX innovation strategic design thinking and has a fervent appetite for pushing the envelope in creating usercentered solutions with a disruptive mindset. The ideal candidate is actionoriented openminded and possesses a profound competitive desire to innovate making significant contributions across our SaaS portfolio.

- A passion for exploring uncharted territories leveraging UX design to solve complex problems and deliver groundbreaking solutions in the SaaS domain.

Professional Background and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of robust experience in UX design with a strong emphasis on SaaS products. Experience in SaaS across H1 H2 H3 is preferred
- Proven track record of successful innovation and experiment design including expertise in rapid prototyping user testing and iteration based on feedback.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying HumanCentered Design (HCD) and Design Thinking methodologies for problem discovery and solution ideation.
- Extensive experience in conducting usability studies and leveraging data from A/B testing to inform design decisions.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in making dynamic resource allocation decisions.
- Experience in leading crossfunctional teams to explore new ventures and develop MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for market validation.
- Strong project management skills with a history of deploying scalable design systems and frameworks that enhance the organizations innovation capabilities.
