You are ready if you have:
Law degree from an accredited law school
Certification in data protection (e.g. CIPP/E or similar) is desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data protection and privacy law.
Proven track record in managing data protection teams and providing strategic data protection advice.
Strong negotiation communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Experience with SaaS and data protection compliance.
Understanding data protection technologies and functions especially within an IT environment.
Familiarity with international data protection regulations especially GDPR. and compliance standards.
We are ready and within our team you will:
Lead the data protection division ensuring efficient and compliant practices.
Make strategic decisions for midrisk data protection cases.
Manage the data protection budget and authorize expenditures.
Provide expert consultation within the sector based on extensive data protection experience.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data protection policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with GDPR CCPA and other relevant data protection regulations.
Create maintain and update data protection policies and procedures.
