Job Description
Note: This position requires employees to be onsite five days a week at our clients Roseland NJ office.
**Note: You must have 4 years of plaintiffside personal injury experience including at least 2 years as a trial attorney and be licensed to practice in New Jersey. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Represent clients at hearings mediations and trials
- Prepare pleadings motions discovery responses and other legal documents
- Conduct depositions and pretrial preparation
- Maintain regular communication with clients
- Collaborate with support staff delegate appropriately and oversee progress
- Stay updated on New Jersey personal injury laws and procedural rules
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey (required)
- 4 years of plaintiffside personal injury experience
- At least 2 years of courtroom trial experience
- Excellent writing communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and case management abilities
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced environment
