Senior Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Home Health Specialist

Position Overview
As a Home Health PTA youll work independently while collaborating with our team of physical therapists to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services. This role offers flexibility autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients lives.
Essential Responsibilities
- Implement personalized treatment plans for orthopedic and neurological patients
- Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training in home settings
- Guide patients in using assistive devices and prosthetics
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document progress
- Deliver patient education and wellness promotion
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state PTA license
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
