Job Description

  • The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the accounts payable for multiple sites within the company
  • This position will accurately review and process invoices for a large number of vendors while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
  • Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
  • Address and respond to vendor inquiries
  • Working with members from other departments on requests and issues related to payables
  • Manage inbound mail and other office management duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the accounts payable for multiple sites within the company. This position will accurately review and process invoices for many vendors while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures. This person should be comfortable in a heavy workload environment and manage it with energy and accuracy. Must be able to thrive in a paperless environment. Attention to detail is required. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
