Job Description
Schedule:
- 1st shift: MondayFriday 5am1:30pm
- 2nd shift: MondayFriday 1:30pm10pm
PAY:
1st shift: $18 per hour
2nd shift: $20 per hour 8 shift differential $22.68 per hour including shift differential)

- FullTime Work in Peak Season:
- 40 hours per week during the Spring and Summer.
- 0 hours per week in the OffSeason (Fall and Winter).

What Youll Do
In the Sewing Department youll be part of a valued team that follows the OnePiece Flow system working together to complete each product from start to finish. Whether its running a sewing machine operating specialized equipment or performing handson assembly tasks your work will contribute directly to creating highquality products for our customers.
Tasks may include:
- Sling assembly
- Cushion stuffing using fiber or foam inserts
- Cushion finishing and closing to ensure a polished final product
- Cushion scanning and sealing
- Boxing and palletizing
- Fabric folding
- Operating machines for grommets zippers buttons and seat ties
What Were Looking For
Were looking for team players who are detailoriented reliable and eager to learn. While some positions require sewing machine operation many roles do not require sewing experience. If you enjoy working with your hands and being part of a collaborative production process we have a role for you!
