About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently contributing to the overall learner and staff experience.

Are you an experienced practitioner who could provide learning support to students presenting with complex SEMH and behavioural needs.
Are you able to develop and use personalised strategies that optimise learning for students of all abilities
If so we have exciting opportunities for Learning Support Practitioners to join our ALS team part of our wideranging Learner Services team. In this pivotal role you will provide support to students with additional needs enabling them to achieve success on their chosen programme of study and take their next steps into further learning work or training. The role may require you to support learners in all Curriculum areas across the College.
Requirements
MustHave:
Minimum Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy or equivalent
Appropriate Level 3 qualification or equivalent (relevant SEMH qualification desirable)
Experience of working with people with complex SEMH and behavioural needs
