Job Description
Conewago is currently seeking a Risk Management Administrator to play a key role in evaluating monitoring and mitigating risk across the organization. The position is centered around Insurance Administration and Claims Management with the ideal candidate being someone who is detailoriented motivated and brings experience in insurance and claim administrationspecifically within the construction industry. Experience in claims management a plus but will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk/Insurance Administration:
- Manage organizations insurance programs including policy selection renewal claim management for WC GL Auto Umbrella Professional EQ Cyber Management Property and more
- Collaborate with insurance professionals to maintain adequate costeffective coverage that meets the organizational needs of the business.
Claims Management:
- Manage claims from initial report through closure including loss reporting investigation and corrective action planning.
- Workers Compensation:
- Coordinate with injured employees to ensure appropriate care and support returntowork efforts.
- Partner with Safety Team on root cause investigations and strategies to prevent future incidents.
- Contract Management:
- Manage Subcontractor Certificate of Insurance and Prequalification programs.
- Organize and review contracts providing recommendations to VP of Risk Management
- Monitor mechanics lien statues and ensure timely notice filings.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles including insurance claims management and investigation.
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
