The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care through assessment planning intervention and evaluation under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Essential information is shared with healthcare team members through documentation and oral communication.

Requirements:

• Tennessee or compact state LPN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• 1 year previous LPN experience preferred
