Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Detail Specialist is an important support person for all service and sales operations. You also play a critical role in the new vehicle predelivery process by making sure every vehicle is delivered clean and in top condition.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Assist in the predelivery service.
- Conduct paint finish repair and reconditioning when necessary.
- Support the service and sales department operations with clean and finely detailed vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service when necessary.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Dealerships Vision Mission and Values in all interactions with customers coworkers lenders and vendors.
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily in a professional manner; must be legally and technically able to safely operate Company and customerowned vehicles; and must be insurable by Company insurance carrier. Working extended hours evenings and weekends may be required to achieve goals.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and managerial skills.
- Proven development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communications.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Organization and followup skills.
- Computer skills.
- Valid drivers license with good driving record.
- Conduct one self and dress properly in a manner that brings credibility to the dealership.
