The ideal candidate will be a team player with 12 years of food and beverage experience a strong knowledge of elevated service standards and a commitment to sanitation and cleanliness. A background in hotels luxury service and experience in highvolume environments are preferred.
This position is primarily responsible for clearing and resetting tables setting up and maintaining the buffet handling buffet breakdown restocking server stations and ensuring proper food handling
Shift Pattern: Fulltime/ Typical start time is 6:00 AM with end times at either 12:30 PM or 2:30 PM/ Full availability on weekdays weekends and holidays is required
Pay Rate:$12.25 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Server Assistant you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Set and prepare tables for dining including but not limited to folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water etc.
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- Assist food server(s) with table service including but not limited to serving beverages breads etc.
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
