Job Description
Now hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a company in Ravenna OH!
Schedule: 7:30am 4:00pm (Monday Friday)
Compensation: $16.00 $17.00 per hour DOE (Weekly Pay)
The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the Shipping and Receiving department.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound packaging and crossreference bills of lading to verify loads.
- Utilize handheld scanners to update tracking and inventory systems.
- Transport materials by hand or pallet jack to required locations within the facility.
- Load outbound trucks and verify the accuracy of outbound bills of lading.
- Maintain communication dispatch to receive shipment delays and updates.
- Occasionally assist in other areas such as packaging and quality control.
- Any other task requested by a supervisor.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- 1 years experience in Shipping & Receiving
