Job Description
Description of the role:
The Cashier position at Heim BBQ White Settlement in Fort Worth Texas is responsible for handling customer transactions and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash credit and debit card transactions.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
