AVL Espaol Technician

SUMMARY

To technically support all First Naples Espaol worship services and internet broadcast streams.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all presentation systems are configured and ready for all events as scheduled.

Mix audio for services.

Setup and produce video broadcasts.

Configure and program lighting as needed.

Train and develop volunteers to help in the support the needs of the worship services.

Cooperate with the Pastor of AVL by performing any other duties when asked to do so.

SPECIALIZING IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

AVL production technologies

Equipping and development of volunteers

EVALUATION AREAS FOR ROLE:

Will report directly to First Naples Media Pastor.

Coordinate all of the above under the supervision of the First Naples AVL Pastor

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelors degree minimum and/or five years of ministry related experience and/or training preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. The individual must have excellent interpersonal skills ability to work with a diverse group of people communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone email and in person and demonstrate tact and diplomacy. Exceptional interpersonal skills are required to develop and maintain strong working relationships with volunteers coworkers the public and church members and regular attendees. The individual must have the ability to understand written or oral instructions; read analyze and interpret complex documents instruction manuals and policies and procedures is essential both in English and Spanish.

COMPUTER SKILLS

The individual must have demonstrated skill in the use of PC systems to complete tasks including word processing and spreadsheets and the ability to use the internet for information retrieval. Must be able to use Planning Center Online (PCO) ProPresenter DiGiCo audio sound systems as well as be familiar with Facebook Livestreaming and basic camera operation.

REASONING ABILITY

The ability to simultaneously conceptualize and plan multiple tasks project outcomes using different implementation strategies and apply creative and innovative thinking to problem situations is required. The ability to work effectively and efficiently under stressful conditions to ensure deadlines are met is essential.

RESPONSABILIDADES GENERALES

Trabajar en coordinacin con las metas y objetivos generales de First Naples.

Dirgele a si mismo y a su hogar hacia la Honestidad el Honor la Humildad el Hambre el Espritu Santo y la Salud (Emocional Espiritual Financiera y Fsica).

Mantener las prioridades adecuadas en su hogar incluidas las de su cnyuge y sus hijos (si est casado y/o tiene hijos).

Apoyar fielmente los ministerios de la First Naples manteniendo medidas de administracin sabias sobre los recursos que se les han confiado.

Mantener una participacin activa en un Group de adultos.

Desempear deberes y responsabilidades de manera que glorifiquen a Cristo y promuevan la misin y los propsitos ministeriales de First Naples (Colosenses 3:2324.

LISTA ESPECFICA DE FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

Asegurarse de que todo el equipo para los servicios de adoracin est programado y utilizado adecuadamente en apoyo de todos los servicios de adoracin de First Naples

CALIFICACIONES

EDUCACIN Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDAS

Se prefiere ttulo universitario mnimo y/o cinco aos de experiencia y/o capacitacin relacionada con el ministerio.

HABILIDADES LINGSTICAS

Debe poder comunicarse eficazmente en espaol e ingls. El individuo debe tener excelentes habilidades interpersonales capacidad para trabajar con un grupo diverso de personas comunicarse de manera clara y eficaz por telfono correo electrnico y en persona y demostrar tacto y diplomacia. Se requieren habilidades interpersonales excepcionales para desarrollar y mantener relaciones laborales slidas con voluntarios compaeros de trabajo el pblico miembros de la iglesia y asistentes regulares. El individuo debe tener la capacidad de comprender instrucciones escritas u orales; leer analizar e interpretar documentos complejos manuales de instrucciones y polticas y procedimientos es esencial tanto en ingls como en espaol.

HABILIDADES COMPUTACIONALES

El individuo debe haber demostrado habilidad en el uso de sistemas informticos para completar tareas incluyendo procesamiento de textos y hojas de clculo y la capacidad de usar Internet para recuperar informacin. Debe poder usar Planning Center Online (PCO) ProPresenter sistemas de sonido DiGiCo as como estar familiarizado con Facebook Livestreaming y el funcionamiento bsico de la cmara.

CAPACIDAD DE RAZONAMIENTO

Se requiere la capacidad de conceptualizar y planificar simultneamente mltiples tareas resultados de proyectos utilizando diferentes estrategias de implementacin y aplicar pensamiento creativo e innovador a situaciones problemticas. La capacidad de trabajar de manera eficaz y eficiente en condiciones estresantes para garantizar que se cumplan los plazos es esencial.
