Nothings debut smartphone Phone 1 earned Time Magazines prestigious Best Inventions for Innovative Smartphone Design award. Through cuttingedge design and user interface innovation the Londonbased company is creating an alternative ecosystem of tech products for the young and creative.
In 2023 the company launched Phone 2 to wide acclaim from its community the media and design enthusiasts and in 2024 Nothing launched its CMF Phone 1 and Nothing Phone 2a) Series with both receiving an overwhelmingly positive reception.
To date Nothing has sold more than 7 million units worldwide across its product lines having released five audio products five smartphones and two smart wearables under the Nothing and CMF by Nothing brands. The company has amassed a cumulative revenue of $1 billion.
All products are developed in close collaboration with the Nothing Community which includes over 8000 private investors and are crafted with sustainability at the forefront.

The Role:
Nothing is looking for aCreative Strategistbut not the kind buried in slides. We need a storyteller a provocateur and a cultural architect. Someone who can shape strategy with words that cut through the noise making Nothings voice as iconic as its work closely with our Creative Leads to develop a tone of voice that doesnt just sell products but builds our brand voice. Clever sharp human. The kind of writing that makes people stop scrolling reread and feel craft narratives develop campaigns and ensure Nothing stands apart from every other tech brand.
Requirements:
A razorsharp copywriting backgroundwith examples that prove you know how to break conventions.
A socialfirst culturally tappedin mindsetyou know whats next before it trends.
The ability to turn strategy into story and story into branddefining moments.
An obsession with clarity wit and making tech feel human we call it technical warmth
Experience working with design and marketing teams to shape big ownable ideas.
A knack for making people care laugh and share.
What youll do:
Define and evolve Nothings tone of voice making sure we look sound and feel like no other tech company.
Collaborate closely with creative design and marketing insight teams to turn strategic thinking into sharp branddefining work.
Own key campaign messaging across creative swim lanes:
Product Launches Manage the copywriting team to shape the narrative and messaging for each drop ensuring every product story is sharp and impactful.
Brand Campaigns Develop bigger longterm storytelling that cements Nothing as a brand with a distinct culturedefining voice.
Write with clarity wit and depthwhether its campaign headlines social copy or manifestostyle storytelling ensure we build a stand our copy team in the creative department
Think and create with an international mindset ensuring our work resonates across cultures and markets.
Establish Nothing as a thought leader in creative communication setting new standards for how tech brands speak.
