About the Role
As the Brand and Content Manager you will be a visionary leader in our team elevating Endeavour Foundations brand through powerful storytelling and strategic positioning. Youll craft authentic narratives that resonate with NDIS participants families and stakeholders driving lead generation client conversion advocacy awareness and supporting fundraising. Leading a creative team youll produce industryleading content including multimedia videos that sets benchmarks in the NDIS sector. Reporting to the Head of Marketing youll use datadriven insights to optimise strategies and collaborate across teams to deliver highimpact campaigns that amplify our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a storytellingfocused brand and content strategy to drive lead generation client conversion and advocacy and fundraising awareness across all channels (website social media email paid ads events).
- Craft compelling narratives and oversee production of highquality content including social media campaigns web content email journeys advocacy materials and multimedia video content for various platforms.
- Lead a team of graphic designers and content creators to produce innovative emotionally resonant assets that position Endeavour Foundation as a NDIS pioneer and advocate organisation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams operations and external partners (agencies influencers) to integrate narratives into digital campaigns and brand activations.
- Optimise content performance using SEO analytics (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush) and datadriven insights to maximise engagement and ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency compliance with NDIS standards and inclusive representation in all content.
- Manage budgets and external partnerships to deliver costeffective highimpact initiatives.
About You
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in brand management or content strategy with a strong preference for NDIS or healthcare services experience.
- Proven track record of driving client engagement and acquisition through narrativedriven campaigns including multimedia video content.
- Exceptional storytelling and leadership skills with experience leading creative teams to produce industryleading content.
- Strong digital marketing expertise including SEO analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush) and content promotion.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g. WordPress HubSpot) design/video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Premiere Pro) and project management platforms (e.g. Asana Trello).
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize with NDIS audiences and craft inclusive impactful stories.
- Outstanding communication skills and a keen eye for narrative consistency.
