Job Description

The Application Manager Specialized Operations is responsible for overseeing the application and decisionmaking process to ensure an efficient accurate and seamless experience for prospective residents. This role requires a detailoriented leader who collaborates with onsite teams optimizes application workflows and enhances customer satisfaction through process efficiency and automation.
***Please note this position is based in Tampa FL and hybrid schedule

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application & Lease Management:
    • Supervise the application process assisting prospects as needed and ensuring timely completion.
    • Communicate application decisions to prospects and finalize the process within property management software.
  • Screening & Verification:
    • Oversee document reviews and manage verification issues with prospective residents.
    • Conduct manual and alert verification during screening ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Adhere to established screening protocols and decision trees to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency
    • Work closely with onsite teams to accelerate application processing and improve operational efficiency.
    • Utilize a centralized dashboard with automated routing to enhance engagement and streamline workflows.
    • Continuously refine screening procedures to reduce manual reviews and increase automation.
    • Analyze screening outcomes and residency data to recommend enhancements to the approval process.
  • Resident Support & Escalations
    • Address and resolve resident escalations efficiently providing timely updates on application status.
    • Foster high levels of customer satisfaction by managing concerns effectively and ensuring clear communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in property management leasing or application screening.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Proficiency in property management and screening tools including Entrata and Vero.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage escalations and resolve resident concerns professionally.
  • Detailoriented with a proactive approach to process improvement.
