As a Human Resource Assistant 2 you will serve as the time advisor who is primarily responsible for auditing monitoring overseeing and recommending appropriate actions to the timekeepers and the time and attendance program. This professional is also responsible for transactions involving employee separations reassignments staff schedule changes and leave payouts. In addition you will act as the custodian of Employee Personnel Files (eOPFs) and process requests from other Commonwealth agencies such as domestic relations attorneys and subpoenas from legal entities. Within this role you will act as a Family and Medical Leave Act FMLA) liaison which involves assistingemployees seeking FMLA by forwarding supporting documentation to supervisors conducting necessary transactions to adjust leave codes and providing requested information to the FMLA analyst.
