Job Description
Fastgrowing real estate team looking for a courier/runner to install lock boxes directional signs etc. and help advertise our open houses. As a runner you should enjoy working outside manual labor and take pride in seeing your work displayed all over town.
You must have flexibility in your schedule your own transportation be customerfocused and reside within 10 miles of Laurel MD!
- Install and remove lock boxes and signs (directionals open house etc. from properties
- Keep accurate inventory of signs & lock boxes
- Running errands and complete misc. tasks as needed
- Valid drivers license
- Reside within 10 miles of Laurel MD
- Flexible availability
- Up to approximately 20 hours per week
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to work physically in all weather conditions
- Organized with a high degree of integrity
- Self Starter
- Excellent English
- Problem solver intuitive and team player
