The Undergraduate Research Consultant will be joining the InSPiRE team a collaborative group composed of undergraduate and graduate students as well as staff from the Center for Teaching and Learning. The number of positions available is intentionally flexible reflecting our commitment to mutual growth and learningboth individually and as a team. Because of the qualitative nature of our research and the closeknit collaborative environment we strive to cultivate the interview process is an important opportunity for us to better understand how we can support and grow alongside one another. Purpose
The Office of Academic Affairs with support from the UT System and the Lumina Foundation has initiated research efforts designed to better understand ways to enhance undergraduate student success and experiential learning. In preparation for curriculum redesign initiatives to be implemented in theacademic years the Center for Teaching and Learning will collaboratively engage in studentsaspartners research and planning throughout Summer 2025 through the Initiative for Students as Partners in Research and Education (InSPiRE). The Undergraduate Research Consultants will provide essential support to related ongoing and new research projects.

All majors are welcome to apply; there is particular interest in hiring students majoring in the following areas: statistics and data science computer science communication sociology psychology anthropology and other social science majors.
$15/hour
The work of the Undergraduate Research Consultant will require at least 34 hours of inperson work per week for team meetings
