Senior Physical Therapist Home Health Specialist

Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Texas State Physical Therapy license
- 1 year home health physical therapy experience
- Valid CPR certification
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
