Licensed Practical Nurse

Tukwila WA

Work hours are typically 7am 6pm MondayThursday. Licensed Practical Nurses do not work weekends or holidays.

Pay Range: $30.00$40.00

Puget Sound Pain Clinic is looking for an Licensed Practical Nurse to work in our ambulatory surgery center in Tukwila WA. For over 20 years our team has made a positive difference in the lives of our patients by providing exceptional care coupled with advanced therapies. As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our clinic each day you will improve the lives of patients suffering from life altering diagnoses through assisting in the use of medical evaluation treatment and management strategies characterized by excellence in patient services.

A Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for patient care within an interventional pain management practice. The Licensed Practical Nurse will assist Medical Doctors with the safety and oversight of patients while they undergo interventional pain management procedures in the ambulatory surgical center. Working for Puget Sound Pain Clinic will allow you to grow & advance your skills while making a difference in the lives of patients. You will not find a more interactive and rewarding patient experience.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse your duties will include but are not limited to:


  • Assisting Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
  • Data Entry
  • Triage patient calls and concerns
  • Pre & Post Operative patient care in a clinic setting
  • Educate patients & family members on Post Op safety protocols
  • Develop clinical protocols
  • Assist with interventional procedures

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Experience:

2 years of clinic or hospital experience preferred but not necessary

Licensure:

Current applicable state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
