Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud have experience with other Salesforce modules and possess strong SQL skills. Additionally experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and other Salesforce modules to support business processes.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract manipulate and analyze data.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using BI and Data Visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI Tableau).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems.
- Provide training and support to endusers on Salesforce and BI tools.
- Gather and document complex business and technical requirements.
- Document technical processes in easily digestible formats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Marketing Business or commensurate experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or other IT role.
- Proficient with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with other Salesforce modules (e.g. Service Cloud Marketing Cloud).
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with BI and Data Visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Handson attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at any given time.
- Willingness to work onsite.
- US Citizenship is highly desirable.
- Natural sense of curiosity and desire to learn new technologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Developer).
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Informatica Workato).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
