In this role you will provide essential instruction supervision and support to individuals in a facilitybased and communitybased adult day programs. About PathPoint: PathPoint is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people flourish. We partner with children adults and families to foster hope build life skills access support systems and form meaningful relationships. We serve communities across Kern Los Angeles San Luis Obispo Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00am4:30pm 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation: This is an hourly nonexempt position starting at $23.50 per hour. If you are bilingual (Spanish or ASL) the starting wage is $23.80 per hour. The pay range for this position is $16.50$23.49. The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors.

In this role youll design and implement personalized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each individual leading both inperson and remote classes while planning community outings and activities. Youll build rapport and serve as a positive role model advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities in the community. The position involves conducting oneonone training sessions to monitor progress set goals and collaborate with support teams to ensure continuous growth. Youll instruct individuals in areas such as sensorymotor skills communication cognition and socialemotional development while also supporting their personal hygiene and daily living activities. Additionally youll implement support programs accurately record data and complete progress and incident reports. Working closely with the Program Coordinator youll help formulate SMART goals for Individual Service Plans (ISP) and PersonCentered Plans (PCP). Youll ensure attendance maintain a safe and supportive environment assist with compliance efforts and perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
