Job Description
This is a fulltime hourly position.
Job Responsibilities:
The position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Repair/troubleshoot motor control wiring of all aspects.
Working knowledge of Rockwell Programming software.
Repair belt and chain drive assemblies.
Proficient welding skills with wire techniques (minimum.
Proficient with field fabrication and construction.
Basic knowledge of all hand tools.
Basic knowledge of equipment alignments/PMs.
Basic working knowledge of shop machinery is helpful.
Stand for long periods of time
Ability to climb ladders/stairs work with heights and perform confined space entry.
Be safety oriented
Able to work in a variety of environmental conditions such as hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment.
Forklift driving experience is helpful.
Watch for and report all safety issues.
Follow all GPM and HACCP policies.
Effectively communicate with coworkers and supervisors
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried nonexempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:
$28.00
