What were looking for:
The Director Sourcing is a highlevel leader responsible for overseeing aspects of the Indirect Sourcing function including strategic planning supplier management and process optimization. This role involves team management and ensuring the delivery of highquality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
What youll do:
Drive initiatives to optimize costs enhance supplier performance and ensure a resilient supply chain.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers negotiating favorable contracts and terms.
Oversee the evaluation and selection of suppliers to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of both tactical purchasing and strategic sourcing operations.
Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with sourcing activities ensuring business continuity and compliance.
Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
Manage the Sourcing budget ensuring effective cost control and adherence to financial objectives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sourcing costs and savings.
Performs other duties as needed.
What you have:
Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
10 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of management experience.

Solid understanding of broader organization context and goals.
Able to delegate work effectively to team members; ensures tasks are completed without micromanaging.

Able to multitask prioritize delegate and manage time effectively.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
High degree of professionalism judgment maturity and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
