This is a full acadmic year position. This position pays $10.25/hr.
Expected Hours of Work per Week: 1020
Work Location & Hours: Various campus locations/ Flexible hours between 7am 10 pm Monday Saturday
Qualifications for Position:
- Experience in Facilities Services preferred.
- Ability to lead others in completing housekeeping tasks.
- Organizational skills.
- Commitment to giving your best effort.
- Must have good communication skills with workers and supervisors.
- Ability to work 1020 hours a week
Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead team in absence of Facilities Services Building Coordinator
- Monitor and maintain buildings during snow days and floods
- Report any problems in the area to Facilities Services Building Coordinator
- Train and schedule Mark 10:45 workers
- Be a model employee
- Direct workers during 2nd shift
- Coordinate extra workers for special projects and events
- Assist with creation and implementation of task lists schedules etc.
