Position Summary
AXA Group Operations initiate with its Network Product Department a One Network Program to tackle its digital transformation enhance users connectivity experience and mitigate cyber risks. Within Network Product department Data Center & Cloud product line is responsible of AXA Data Center and CLOUD Network infrastructure including routers switches load balancer Internet access DC interconnexion backbone DWDM Cloud network environment (AWS AZURE GOOGLE Intercloud)
Data Center & Cloud Network engineer are designing engineering delivering and supporting those products and services that strongly contribute to One Network program initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- The Network Product Engineer is responsible to define advertise and ensure to deliver of sustainable robust and secured solutions. In close collaboration with Group Security CTO and One Network Program the Network Product Engineer will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support the corporate business and lines of business strategies.
- The main activities include the following for his/her own area of responsibility:
- Contribute and support a medium to long term product evolution and continuous product improvement
- Manage the advisory selection design secure build & integration for the products in scope
- Facilitate communications and interactions between functional groups AXA IT Services strategic partners and vendors.
- Ensure QOS delivery and support of solutions
Provide high expertise support on products and services

Functional experience:

Network Products Engineer are expected to have the ability to understand and discuss with both senior managers and IT and explain in clear language complicated architectural concepts and strategies
- Openness and reaching out Strong human relationship skills exhibit curiosity and can see opportunities in situations not just problems
- International profile A proven ability to work effectively in an international environment. In addition exhibits a strong proficiency in English
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in driving large architecture standardization & transformation initiatives.
- Core activity:
- Phase 1 help to finalize NSXT and ACI configuration with strong competency and experience. The candidate will help for the rollout to production of the new DCs and evacute the former one. He will to prepare knowledge transfer and documentation.
- Phase 2 he will provide L3 suport for productionwith build and Support team
- Must have Network Automation skills (Terraform ansible Python) for POD automation and will be a key contributor on this topic
- Must have strong expertise in Network & Cloud design patterns Security solutions & IT infrastructure best practices.
- Experience in managing Data Center and CLOUD Network technologies AWS AZURE GOOGLE INTERCLOUD Transit Gateway ACI Switch Fabric Loadbalancer VMWARE NSXT
- Knowledge in Network Security products SASE VPN (Cisco F5 Firewalling (Checkpoint Palo Alto Cisco Algosec) Web gateways (McAfee) Segmentation technologies and identity services voice wifi SDWAN LAN wired WAN MPLS will be appreciated
- Must have Network Automation skills (Terraform ansible Python) for POD automation
- University degree (engineer profile) with 8 years experience in Network Domain in an international and Matrix organization
- Must exhibit a strong understanding of todays Network and infrastructure challenges and trends mostly at Infrastructure and Technical levels.
- Established and demonstrably productive technical relationships with major IT vendors
- Strives for excellence with deliverables of high quality and ability to work in tight planning
- Gather combine and analyze business and technical requirements from critical constituents. Recommend appropriate technological designs and solutions that align with business requirements the companys technical strategy and which provides the most efficient and costeffective solution.
