This role involves analysing designs improve quality and validating alternative materials and processes to ensure product quality and reliability.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide highquality product support to resolve complex technical issues with existing products.
- Analyse improve designs and drive changes or modifications to improve product performance and reliability.
- Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to enhance production processes and resolve issues.
- Document test results write and revise assembly procedures work instructions and technical reports.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to maintain and improve products.
- Address customer related product complaints perform root cause analysis and propose remediation.
- Develop and implement product customizations by closely collaborating with field application engineers and marketing teams to meet customerspecific requirements and market demands.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards best practices and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in in a similar role preferably in the medical automative or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks Creo AutoCad) and knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining injection molding and 3D printing.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. ISO/EN ATEX NAMCO).
- Experience in a specific industry such as industrial automotive or medical.
