Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Laboratory Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory procedures and techniques with an emphasis on molecular biology and quality control.
Duties
- Prepare process and finished product samples
- Perform analytical testing
- Wet chemistry procedures and record results
- Perform light maintenance and calibration on lab equipment
Experience
- 2 or more years of experience with science degree preferred
- Good attendance history
- Excellent safety record and awareness
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with lab instruments and operations
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
